The CM of Delhi has launched the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana so that the students belonging to the SC and ST communities will be able to get or avail free of cost coaching services. The benefit of this scheme will only be provided to those students wanting to prepare for the UPSC exam. One can apply online before the last date. Students will be able to complete their dreams.
Now the students will be able to get admission to the IAS Coaching Institutes with the help of scholarship amounts provided to them offered under the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana. This scheme will provide 75% of the admission fees on behalf of the student and the remaining 25% of admission fees will need to be get paid by the student. Only the residents of Delhi state will be given the benefits of this scheme.

Objectives Of Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana
The major objective of launching the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana is to provide financial help and support to the students of SC and ST communities so that they will be able to prepare for the UPSC exam in order to get selection as an IAS/IPS/IRS officers. This scheme will make sure that the dreams of each student are getting fulfilled with the help of the scholarship amounts provided to them.
Another objective of launching the Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana is to provide 75% of scholarship amounts out of the admission fees to the students so that the government will be able to submit the larger amount of the admission fees for coaching on the basis of student and the student will need to pay the smaller or remaining part of the coaching fees. In this way, the students will be able to start their journey.
Beneficiary Category
The beneficiaries will need to attain the beneficiary category for this scheme on the basis of which this scheme has been launched in order to provide the benefits of this scheme to the eligible beneficiaries. This scheme will only be provided to the students belonging to the SC or ST communities wanting to prepare for the UPSC exam and also have passed the class 12th.
Beneficiary Limitation
Only that number of beneficiaries will be able to get the monthly stipends or amounts as well as coaching after getting selection which has been fixed in the form of a beneficiary target. This scheme will not only provide admissions to the students in the coaching institutes but also will provide stipend amounts that will be provided or awarded to the students on a monthly basis by which the students will be able to carry out the expenses of their studies. Termination of Coaching Classes
The students may also get terminated or disqualified from getting the amount of benefit for this scheme on some ground level. In case it is found, that the students are joining or giving their attendance for the maximum days of 15, then they will not be allowed to carry out the coaching classes and same will get disqualified from getting the monthly stipends.
