• Permanent Resident of Uttar Pradesh
• Children who lost both parents due to Covid-19
• Children who lost legal guardian due to Covid-19
• Children who lost earning parents due to Covid-19

• The age of the child should be 18 years or less
• All children (biological and legally adopted) eligible
• The income of currently living parents should be ₹200,000 or less
