• Choose your category – Indian or NRI.
• Enter your mobile number and generate OTP.
• Validate the OTP received on your mobile.
• Fill in the registration form with all required details.
• Proceed to make the payment using the ICICI Bank gateway.
• Submit the necessary documents, including a self-attested copy of the first page of the registered sale deed/title deed for unsold plots and copies of sale deeds for at least 10% of total plots owned by the layout owner.
