Objectives of World’s Largest Food Grain Storage Scheme
The major objective of launching the World’s Largest Food Grain Storage Scheme is to increase the storage system for keeping the food grains produced or cultivated by the farmers which will also ensure the food crops’ security in the corporate sector. An amount of Rs. 11 Lakh Crores has also been disbursed by the government in the form of a budget for the successful implementation of this scheme. This will reduce the damaged food crops.
