The major objective of launching the Arivu Education Loan Scheme is to provide help to students from religious minority communities in Karnataka to pursue professional degrees through higher education. It provides financial assistance to students who have been accepted into specific programmes and ensures that the loan amount is directly transferred to the college’s bank account through the Direct Benefit Transfer procedure.
Another objective of launching the Arivu Education Loan Scheme is to provide financial assistance through loans to students from religious minority communities who wish to pursue professional courses.
