Beneficiary Category 

The applicants or candidates who are going to apply online for this scheme will need to attain or secure the beneficiary category for which this scheme has been launched. This scheme can only be availed by those applicants who are residents or natives of West Bengal state who are still unemployed and are struggling a lot to get job opportunities. 

Age Limit

The government of West Bengal has also sanctioned an amount of Rs. 500 Crores for its successful working so that each youth or applicant will get a loan provided to them. 

Minimum Education Qualification 

There will also be a minimum educational qualification that needs to be maintained by the applicants at the time of getting an online registration for this scheme. The applicants will need to make sure that his or her minimum education qualification is not less than class 8th. If it is so, the applicant will get terminated. 

Repayment Tenure 

It doesn’t mean if the government is awarding loan amounts to the youths of West Bengal based on the scheme then there will be no return period in which the applicant will need to return the loan amount being borrowed by them.
