Significant Number of Applications Received and Processed

Over 10.05 lakh applications have been received through the portal until November 18th. Out of these, 2.67 million files are being processed. In terms of individual breakdown, 74% of files in grama panchayats, 80% in corporations, and 70% in municipalities have been discarded. This has proven that this portal has received huge responses from various applicants. 

Convenient Access to Local Body Services Online

The website provides access to various services associated with local bodies for the general public. It also serves as the front end of the Integrated Local Self-Governance Management System (ILGMS), facilitating online services through gram panchayats. Users can avail of 264 different services offered by gram panchayats.

District-wise Statistics & E-governance Milestone

Malappuram, Palakkad, and Thrissur districts had the highest number of appeals submitted. Wayanad district processed and approved the most applications, accounting for 84% of the total. Kerala has achieved a significant milestone in e-governance by reaching 10 lakh applications on the citizen portal. This has categorized statistics on the basis of district-wise reports.
