Odisha Mamta Yojana Apply Offline 2024 

The applicants will need to follow the below-mentioned points to apply offline:- 

  • Pregnant women belonging to the targeted area.
  • Register within 3 months of conception at your Anganwadi center.
  • Anganwadi worker will identify eligible beneficiaries.
  • Open a bank account with NEFT facility.
  • Submit 2 photocopies of bank passbook and MCP card each.
  • Fill out self-declaration form with 2 photos, attached husband/guardian undertaking.
  • Submit 2 photocopies of Aadhaar card and MCP card.
  • Anganwadi worker keeps one set, submits other to CDPO.
  • CDPO enters details online after 4 months of pregnancy.
  • This completes your registration under Odisha Mamata Yojana.
  • Get MCP card from Anganwadi worker if you don’t have one.
